General conditions
Rental of guest rooms on the banks of the LOT river
Rental of a bed and breakfast guest room on the banks of the Lot to take advantage of the attractions offered by the river.
Our guest rooms are located in the town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in Lot-et-Garonne south of France region.
Come to relqx and enjoy time in the shelter of century-old trees, far from the big tourist towns in the Villeneuvoise countryside at the gates of the bastide.
General conditions
Rooms are available to rent for a minimum of 2 nights.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.. Departure must be made before 10 a.m.
The reservation must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 30 % of the total rental amount. Receipt of the deposit will confirm the reservation. See detailed conditions for any reservation cancellation.
Payment of the balance must be made at the start of your stay.
The breakfasts are included into the price.
Several cats live on the property, which is why we regret that we cannot accommodate your pets (cat, dog and others) who are not allowed in our guest rooms.Plusieurs chats vivent sur la propriété,
The rooms are non-smoking.
The swimming pool access will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the summer season. The swimming pool is unsupervised and the Manoir du Moulin de Madame disclaims all responsibility in the event of an incident.
Any booking implies adherence to all of the general conditions mentioned above.

The Suite of Birds
Beautiful suite made up of 2 bedrooms, each with a 150×200 cm double bed.
The rooms, approximately 23 m², can accommodate up to 4 people and communicate via the bathroom.

The Manor Suite
