Welcome to our page dedicated to the conditions of renting a room in our guest house.
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully before making your reservation.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Bookings can be made online via our website or by telephone.
Votre réservation sera confirmée dès réception d’un acompte de 30% du coût total du séjour (ou du coût total du séjour réservé).
The remaining balance will be paid in cash upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
If canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Arrival times are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Rooms must be vacated before 10 a.m.
Special arrangements can be discussed upon booking.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Our guest rooms are strictly non-smoking.
A cleaning fee will be charged for failure to comply with this policy.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
RESPONSABILITY
The management is not responsible for theft, loss or damage during your stay.
Guests are asked to respect the property and report any damage caused.
The swimming pool is unsupervised and the Manoir du Moulin de Madame disclaims all responsibility in the event of an incident.
BEHAVIOR
We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast will be offered outdoors, sheltered, with a view of the swimming pool during the summer season, and in the kitchen of the house, near a fireplace, during the cold season.
SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
Access to the swimming pool will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the summer season. The swimming pool is unsupervised and the Manoir du Moulin de Madame disclaims all responsibility in the event of an incident.
By confirming your reservation, you accept all the rental conditions of our guest rooms mentioned above.
